  1. Eligibility for Return: Only products explicitly marked with a return policy on the product page are eligible for returns. Items not marked with a return policy are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  2. Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, free from any wear, tears, scratches, or damage, and in its original packaging.

  3. Checking Warranty: We offer a 7-day checking warranty on eligible products. Within this period, you may inspect the item for functionality as intended. After 7 days, the warranty expires, and no returns will be accepted.

  4. Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

  5. NO Refund: We do not offer a refund policy. In case of any issues with the product, we will provide either a repair or a replacement as needed.

The warranty offered by Dreamers Cart does not cover the following:

  1. Physical Damage: Any damage due to drops, impacts, or accidents.
  2. Personal Expectations: Cases where the product does not meet personal expectations or preferences, such as color, style, or design.
  3. Software Issues: For smartwatches, the warranty does not cover software or firmware issues that may arise after purchase.
  4. Fitting Concerns: Fit or comfort issues with earbuds, which may vary by individual, are not covered under warranty.
  5. External Damages: Any damage caused by third parties, environmental factors, or other situations beyond Dreamers Cart’s control.

How to Claim Warranty

  • Contact Us: Submit your warranty claim by emailing us at dreamerscart.pk@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at 0322 0390692.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • Include Order Details: Write your Order Number, Name, and Product Information on a paper and include it in the return package.
  • Original Condition: Ensure the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition.
  • No Damages: The product must be free from any physical damage to qualify for warranty coverage.
  • Complete Packaging: Include all accessories, the original box, and any other items that came with the product. Returns missing accessories or the original packaging may be denied at Dreamers Cart’s discretion.
